    How are the poles configured in the neo magnet...? How many poles dose it have..?

  • @normanboll3467

    I tested this with 2 headed nails and a ceramic magnet and it works as a oneway gate mostly because the neos are very strong and can push the magnetic field out to the end of the nails but mine only went a little past the nails. Thank you Raymondslab for this major contribution. Norman

    “Over unity” as in “free energy”. Sorry but this is bad science, and a total nonsensical misunderstanding of forces. You have to move the flapper back to “reset” it as you say. And that requires force. The “second story magnetics” as you call it, is just two magnets in opposite orientations being attracted at the center. That’s why your flapper will go toward the base magnet in your setup, but then will move away from it if you reverse the orientation of the flapper magnet. It’s not a tiered forces built like stories of a building. The magnets stick together side to side if you have them oriented oppositely. “Over unity” is a term used to avoid the term “free energy” which is not real. And “rays offset magnet principle” isn’t a real principle. It’s a consequence of the orientation of forces already explained in the basic principles of magnetics.

      Construction measurements is just try it to satisfaction. Remember 2nd story Magnetics...I use stainless steel axil.. have not tried iron...On side note...you can bump up in and out measurements and get stronger force gain with small force loss...well worth the small force loss...I try for video purposes the lowest force gains just to show its possible operation ..Don't worry to much at first about super low in and out...

    Hi, Thanks for a very interesting series, again. I am wondering if you push the scale 1/2" from the pivot point on the long arm would the input measure differently? My thinking is that you are pushing the flipper magnet not far from its pivot point, maybe 1/2", and you are pushing the long bar far from it's pivot point and a greater travel distance, so leverage is what came to mind. I hope that makes sense.

    Dear Raymond. Thank you a lot for sharing your investigations. You are a great experimenter. Nevertheless would it be possible for you to measure the force applied to the trigger magnet at its extremity and not too close from the axis ? I think you are right when you speak about "over unity". You already showed some other demonstrations with magnets placed at 45 degrees the one from each other. It produces a torque force instead of a linear translation force. I think your previous experiments were more demonstratives. If i may, I would suggest going back to the Ray's Magnetic Field Shaping Generator. Please continue to share. It is always a pleasure to see your trials. Have a great day

    Once again you're measuring the flapper magnet at the shortest leverage point then you're measuring the long magnet at The furthest leverage point taking advantage of leverage again as last video. To make it apples to apples you need to measure the flapper magnet at the furthest point not the shortest point from the drive shaft. Good work I love your way you think outside the box especially your older videos

    I want to believe more out than in but I found a flaw in this measurement. Problem is you're using leverage and a longer distance to disengage taking advantage of gearing leverage of 50grams over a longer distance of time. Whether that would total 180 grams of coins over a shorter distance .I don't know if there is any advantage you're just using gearing when you think about it. I believe it is possible to get more energy out of magnets just not sure if about this design

    Looking at this before 6am with blurry eyes but is interesting setup. Will rewatch when more awake. I have thought of getting big magnets but they are so dangerous to use. Strongest I have is 1x2 inch cubes and they are hard to work with at that size. Progress on my new garage/lab I am trying to get set up is progressing super slow. I would tinker with things now but all my small parts to do anything with are buried in boxes stored in other garage, attic and basement. Takes hours to do the smallest thing because I spend hours moving boxes, searching through them and returning to try making something. By then my drive is pretty much shot. I want it all in labeled containers on shelves along the walls so I just walk to what I need and get on with it. I turned 69 March 7th. Still see well without glasses and still mobile but grunt a lot getting up from a chair. I am afraid by the time I get lab setup, I will have lost more mobility and vision. Anyway, thanks for another great video and I wish you luck on efforts. 🙂

    You need to think of magnets like they're hills. You can't go down the hill until you go up the hill. It takes energy to go up the hill. There's no way around it. The best that you can do in any situation with a magnet is equilibrium.

    Hello Sir Ray, I would like to help in your endeavour and see if there's something in there or not. I can help you with EM simulations. Also, are you familiar with the legendary Howard Johnsons permanent magnet motor? I say legendary since nobody could verify the claims / replicate, as far as I am aware it remains as a myth, obviously that's not how science is done. I could help you with computer simulations, with the idea to verify your claims, yet I need precise CAD data / movement path of the objects involved and so on.

    Interesting as always.. Seems a person would need a varitity of magnet shapes to test in different ways although I can see you use steel and attach magnets to different shapes . Having both would be great for experiments. Do you buy all your magnets from same place? Of course, many can be got from old hard drives , junk speakers , toys, ect. I always jump on grabbing up things like printers that quit. Lots of little things in them. Gears and motors , mirrors , steel rods that are precise. And that is just a printer. My older son works at an Illinois University and I asked him the other day to find the waste bin there and see what goodies they may have thrown out. Sometimes minor damage is enough for them to pitch stuff and I could use them in some way. Anyway, keep that mind of yours churning for us.. 😊

    don't stress a reply for this because you likely already know, but just in case you didn't Increasing the electrical load will increase the resistance it takes to turn the generator Sorry if you did already know! Maybe I'm just silly but it felt a bit weird with how you were measuring the force required with such a small load. Fair enough if I missed the point! Maybe a fun fact that probably wont help in the slightest, but apparently if you hold a rod of iron (something like) 60 or 70 degrees north, and smack it on the end with a hammer, it will become a magnet (albeit a weak one, but it could depend on the force of the hit).

    • @raymondslab
      @raymondslab 3 місяці тому

      No problem...This design has some unique characteristics: the the output load on the flapper magnet is independent from the input force : the flapper output magnet can have no load..or it can be under full load [ led lights ] ..the ounce gauge did not show increase when I moved the arm in and out of firing position ; perhaps if the gauge where more sensitive. In conventional application this is not normal . This independence of input forces from output forces account for the gains measured ...
